The team at NewSpring reached out to me and asked about creating a stylized, abstract narrtive piece, based on a similar message and style to hold hands with the "Story of Joy" series. I storyboarded the piece and created style frames for approval. Then, I illustrated the scenes in Illustrator and then animated and textured them in After Effects. I also selected and directed the voice talent and added sound effects and design to the rendered animation.

It was a blast to get to be more abstract and creative with the imagery used to demonstrate the narrative message that the NewSpring team envisioned.
