Each winter at Clemson University, the student affairs department does a campaign to celebrate the holidays and recognize students and student affairs staff. The assets of the campaign include animation for social media and email, as well as printed cards to go with the staff holiday gifts.

I storyboarded this animation, illustrated it with Adobe Illustrator, and then moved the assets over to After Effects to animate. I also wanted this piece to loop for the email campaign section, so I tediously figured out a way to have the first frame be the same as the last frame with specific placements of some winter trees to hide the in and out points. I also wanted to use a style of illustration that worked well in a corporate space while also being warm and inviting. Additionally, I wanted to make sure the piece showed diversity in its characters as well.
